We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Claims for Damaged or Incorrect Items

Our work involves customized items made specifically for each customer. For this reason, we're unable to process returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, please submit a claim within 3 business days of delivery.

We will replace merchandise that is:

  • Verified as damaged during transit
  • Shipped in error (e.g., wrong item, incorrect quantity)

If the wrong item was shipped, we will ship the correct item at no additional cost.

If we are unable to replace the item, as a result of our error, we will issue a full refund*.
* Your refund will be applied to the card used at time of order.

Exclusions

  • We do not offer exchanges or returns on personalized or custom-made items.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information provided at the time of order.

How to Submit a Claim

To initiate a claim, please call 330-494-8596 or contact us via our contact form within the claim window.

Be sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue
