Ordered two keepsake boxes. Lovely…excellent quality and I'm very particular about craftsmanship. Order process for engraving is easy. Customer service couldn't be better. I don't know if this is a small company, but it certainly has the feel of a small, family business.

I was searching and searching online to find a high quality, 100% Wooden box that could be personalized. I finally found that here at Wooden Depot! I ordered a box for my mom's 70th birthday for a special keepsake. Not only did the box exceed all my expectations and looks amazing, but the customer service is top notch! They are super friendly, responsive, and timely. I wanted certain items engraved on my box, and they made it happen. The box was also shipped earlier than expected and was carefully packed with many "fragile" stickers and lots of protective wrapping around the box. Highly recommend Wooden Depot and will definitely use them in the future!
