Variations in tone and color are natural to the wood. Finished color and personalization may be darker or lighter due to grain variations.

We provide proofs for all personalization requests. A notification email will be sent to the email on file when your proof is ready. (A text message may also be sent to notify.)

Proofs are available in your online account only. Simply Login to your Account to view, approve or request changes. Proofs are ready for viewing within 2-3 hours after ordering (when ordered by 5pm EST).

Your approval is required prior to being carved. If you do not receive your email within 24 hours, be sure to check your SPAM/JUNK folder, or login to your account to view. When personalization is not requested, no proof will be sent.
